PSALM 28

A Praise for a Daughter

O LORD, I thank You for Your blessings
All the blessings I receive from You

Thank You, LORD, for my daughter
Thank You for this child You have given me

LORD, I praise You for the glimpse at Your heart
For the look at Your unceasing love for Your children

Father, Your sacrifice means all the more to me
The love for Your children, even when we do not deserve it

Father, You gave up Your Son for me
You allowed Jesus to be crucified for us

My Lord, I can only guess at the agony
I can only grasp at understanding the pain

LORD, I praise You for this little one
Father, I thank You for my daughter

PSALM 27

Bless the LORD,
All you who believe,

He is our Father,
Above and great than any other,

He is our brother,
Above and greater than any other,

Our God is great,
Nothing compares with Him,

He saved us through His Son,
The Lord Jesus Christ gave his life for us,

Worship the LORD with all your heart,
Praise Him with all your voice,

The LORD is strong and merciful,
He is our great and wonderful God,

O LORD, heal my heart,
Remove from my heart all my iniquity,

Father, I come before You,
I confess my with my tongue my wrongs,

Thank You for Your anointing blood,
Thank You for the cleansing of my sin,

Lord Jesus, You paid the price,
You took my sin on Your shoulders,

I will forever praise You,

O LORD, I lift up my circumstances to You,
You, who are in control of all things,

LORD, in my darkest hour, You are near,
In my happiest moment, You are near,

Now, LORD, I lift up this struggle,
Your steadfast love will see me through,

My LORD, my God, I don’t feel Your presence
O LORD, the God of my fathers, I can’t see your face,

Lift me out of the quake,
Put my feet on the firm foundation,

LORD, to you do I cling,
On You will I always place my trust,

LORD, in darkest hour I will praise You,
In the very midst of my despair I will worship You.

My God stands above all things,
What can compare with Him?

The heavens point to His glory,
The earth reveals His greatness,

He stands above all,
Nothing is His equal,

The LORD, my God, is awesome,
The words of my tongue fall short,

In His grace I wish to abide,
Nowhere else can I reside,

I call out to Him,
His answer is swift,

His love encompasses my soul,

O Father, my Lord, my God,

How great is Your impression on me,
I wish to follow You at all times,

PSALM 22

O LORD, I praise You for joy,
For the joy that comes from You.

I lift up the name of God, my Lord,
I shout worship to Him at all times.

The LORD, is my God,
He has ransomed me.

Sing His praises, all you believers,
Shout His worship, all you saints.

His graces rains down upon you,
All of your sin is completely erased.

The LORD sends down His joy,
In the midst of your anguish.

Sing praise to the LORD,

PSALM 21

LORD, Your tenderness brings me to sing Your praise,
Your kindness inspires me to worship You.

LORD, what my enemies intended for evil,
You worked for my good.

Father in the midst of my adversity,
I sing Your praises with my whole voice.

Though I must I walk through this struggle,
My heart is glad because of Your provision.

My gracious, loving Abba Father,
How You protect me in all circumstances.

My wonderful, beautiful Savior,
How You cover me totally in Your grace.

My LORD, my God I thank You,
My Father, my Savior I praise You.

PSALM 20

I came to You, LORD, on my knees.
I am prostrate before You.

LORD, listen to my cry,
Turn not Your ear from Your servant.

Father, I wish to follow You,
LORD, my hope is to do Your will.

Grant, Your servant, this request,
Make me Your instrument.
